Strangers in the Night

It's Monday. The weekend is over. It was a different one as Jon had to work all weekend to get a project done. We saw him for about 3 hours. He got home late at night and left early in the morning. So Wyatt and I tried to stay busy with lots of activities.

So Saturday we headed into the Brookings Farmers Market for their colonial days celebration. Wyatt really enjoyed the ponies! It was cute!

Then we ran into cousin Jake and Tara. And Jake helped Wyatt get up on the buffalo. So much fun!

We also also had to get groceries. Wyatt is really starting to enjoy our trips for groceries. He is quite the social bug at the store. He likes to tell as many people as he can "Hello!". It's an adventure! We got home and I took Wyatt in the house and began piling the groceries right inside the house.

When I got done unloading the car, I came in the house to find my little helper had made a trail of groceries to the kitchen. He said "Mommy, look...help!". So sweet he had pulled every bag as close to the kitchen as he could.

And of course we had to have Mac & Cheese. Wyatt likes using his new tractor fork and spoon. Although sometimes he plays too much with them and is distracted from eating!

Tonight, while we were waiting for Daddy to get done in the field, we called Nana B. This is Wyatt leaving her a message. He kept saying "wait for beep?".

And finally tonight it was bed time! New Jammies!
